INTENZA is a new and innovative water filtering system designed by BRITA that eliminates lime and impurities present in the tap water, thus protect the coffee machines. The innovative INTENZA technology reduces limescale build-up to provide a longer machine life and to optimize the brewing pressure and temperature of your Saeco espresso machine.

In addition to removing lime and metallic residue, such as copper and lead, which may be present in domestic water pipes, INTENZA also reduces substances that can affect the flavour of the coffee, such as chlorine and chlorine-based compounds. As a result, you get a perfect cup of coffee with a natural and intense aroma and a rich and creamy foam.

INTENZA is equipped with the unique Aroma System – a special mechanism used to adjust the filtration process to local water conditions to get the balanced composition of water for a truly exceptional espresso.
